Dispatch:
Orders are dispatched either on the day of receipt or the day after, depending
on the time of receipt. Orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post in the
UK, and by Royal Mail Small Packet Air Mail outside the UK. Orders outside the
UK can take up to two weeks to reach their destination although Royal mail aim
to deliver to the country of destination in no more than 5 days.
For countries outside the European Union, a customs declaration is fixed to the
package. An import duty charge may be made by the customs authority in the
country of destination. Examination be customs may delay delivery.
Credit card processing via CCNow:
You don't need to have a CCNow account or to join CCNow to make a payment.
CCNow can be used throughout the world. Items are priced in US
Dollars but for Visa & MasterCard purchases you can
select to buy in US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Euro, Pounds
Sterling, or Japanese Yen. Prices may vary slightly due to exchange rate
fluctuations.
Credit card processing and authentication is carried out by CCNow prior to
orders being forwarded to this site for dispatch. Your credit card statement
will be shown as 'CCNow'. No credit card information is sent to PaintDoodles.
The CCNow site provides an Order Status Lookup facility to check whether an order has been dispatched. Orders placed from this site shown as 'Dispatched' on the CCNow site have entered the Royal Mail postal system.
Using PayPal
This site has PayPal Merchant status so you can either pay with your PayPal account if you have one or you can pay using your credit card. You don't need a PayPal account to make a payment.
If you already have a PayPal account the process is simplified as your method of payment and card details will already have been verified by PayPal.
All PayPal facilities are secure for your protection.
Credit card information is not sent to paintdoodles as the
transaction is conducted using either your PayPal account or directly with
PayPal using your credit card.
Although the prices are listed in GB Pounds, you can use PayPal to send
payments in U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros or Pounds Sterling.
