Dispatch:

Orders received Monday to Friday before 4pm are usually dispatched on the same day. After this time orders are dispatched on the next business day. Orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post in the UK, and by Royal Mail Small Packet Air Mail outside the UK. Orders outside the UK can take up to three weeks to reach their destination although Royal mail aim to deliver to the country of destination in no more than 5 business days.
For countries outside the European Union, a customs declaration is fixed to the package. An import duty charge may be made by the customs authority in the country of destination. Examination by customs may delay delivery.
